We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to design, implement, and oversee technical solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have expertise across various technologies, a solid foundation in risk management, and a proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN

THE ROLE   Design and develop comprehensive technical solutions that align with business goals, considering scalability, security, and long‑term sustainability.
Collaborate with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Lead the technical architecture design process across multiple domains, including cloud infrastructure, Dev Ops, software development, and cybersecurity.
Assess potential risks and devise risk mitigation strategies, ensuring all solutions adhere to best practices for risk management.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to deliver solutions that meet quality, performance, and reliability standards.
Ensure that technical designs are in alignment with enterprise architecture standards and technological advancements.
Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner to non‑technical stakeholders, providing insights on the potential impacts of architectural decisions.
WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL

NEED TO DO THE JOB   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Extensive background in one or more of the following areas: software development, technical architecture, network infrastructure, cloud technologies, Dev Ops, or cybersecurity.
Proven experience as a full‑stack developer with a strong track record of successful product delivery.
Deep understanding of risk assessment and risk management best practices.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into non‑technical language for diverse stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate and build relationships with both technical and non‑technical team members, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
ASSETS   Public sector and/or Healthcare Sector experience

Experience with a diagram framework (UML, BPMN2, other)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
