Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support system modernization and digital transformation projects. The role involves working with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business and technical requirements
Conduct stakeholder meetings and workshops
Create BRD, functional specs, and process maps
Support RFP and vendor evaluation process
Manage project coordination, risks, and timelines
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Support implementation, training, and post-go-live activities
Required Skills
7+ years of Business Analyst experience
Experience in system modernization or transformation projects
Strong documentation skills (BRD, RTM, process maps)
Experience working with stakeholders and vendors
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or PMI methodologies
Strong communication and analytical skills
Fluent in English and French
Nice to Have
Government or public sector experience
Experience with RFP processes
Certifications like CBAP, PMP, or PMI-PBA
Work Setup
Hybrid role (onsite required as needed in Fredericton, NB)
Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks
