The RoleAt AIP Connect, we are "Born Connectors." We are looking for a Digital Growth & Recruitment Coordinator to serve as the engine of our office. This is a unique "hybrid-hybrid" role: 50% Digital Growth (SEO & Content) and 50% Recruitment Operations (Sourcing & Administration). You will be responsible for ensuring our brand is visible to the right clients while simultaneously ensuring our internal recruitment machine runs with precision.
This is the perfect role for a data-driven marketer who also loves the human-centric world of talent acquisition.
Digital Growth & SEO (50%)
- Search Engine Optimization:
Perform keyword research to identify high-intent terms for hiring managers and candidates; optimize website metadata, headers, and image alt-text. - Inbound Strategy:
Manage the AIP Connect Linked In page ensuring content is optimized to convert organic visitors into business leads. - Analytics & Reporting:
Use Analytics and Search Console to track traffic growth and analyze areas of improvement on our digital footprint. - Social Amplification:
Bridge the gap between SEO and Social Media by ensuring our Linked In content is keyword-rich and drives traffic back to our site.
Recruitment & Admin Operations (50%)
- Sourcing & Research:
Support consultants by building long-lists of candidates using Linked In Recruiter and Boolean search techniques. - Job Board Mastery:
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of job postings (Indeed, Linked In, and internal ATS). Ensure descriptions are engaging and formatted for maximum visibility. - Candidate Experience Admin:
Coordinate interview scheduling, manage the collection of reference checks, and ensure candidate files are compliant and up-to-date in our database. - Presentation Support:
Format and polish candidate presentation decks before they are sent to high-value clients.
- Experience:
1–2 years in a role that blended marketing tasks with administrative or recruitment support. - Technical
Skills:- Practical knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page and technical basics).
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Word Press (or similar CMS).
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM.
- Communication: A wordsmith who can write a technical SEO meta-description in the morning and an empathetic candidate rejection or outreach email in the afternoon.
- Organization:
High attention to detail; you’re the person who catches a typo in a job post at 100 paces.

$45,000 - $60,000 a year

Posted Salary:
Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and training. This range reflects base salary only and does not include eligibility for bonus program or other benefits.
