You will manage Agile ceremonies, promote education across all levels, and address systemic impediments to success. Key Responsibilities:

• Influence adoption of Agile principles organization-wide

• Coach and mentor mature Agile teams on best practices

• Manage Agile ceremonies to drive engagement

• Identify and resolve systemic delivery impediments

• Develop and oversee Agile growth and success metrics

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in Agile environments with training expertise

• Strong background in Scrum and Kanban frameworks

• Experience helping established teams refine Agile practices

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills

• Experience in driving strategic alignment and influencing change
