Key Responsibilities:

• Shape features using AI-augmented design methodologies

• Develop comprehensive product specifications and requirements

• Balance user and business needs in trade-off decisions

• Run user acceptance tests focusing on usability

• Audit progress against design and accessibility standards

Requirements:

• Education in UX, design, or equivalent experience

• 2–4 years in related cross-functional roles

• Familiar with AI-based design tools

• Contribution to a design system preferred

• Initiative with analytical and critical thinking skills
