Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a firm-wide digital modeling framework for effective project delivery

• Ensure alignment of workflows with client needs across diverse practices

• Integrate enterprise standards into project delivery and QA/QC processes

• Oversee digital design resource management and external partner relationships

• Analyze design-to-delivery processes for automated efficiencies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in technical design or planning

• 5+ years in a leadership role focused on digital delivery

• Strong knowledge of CADD/BIM tools like Revit or Civil 3D

• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and change management skills

• Proven abilities in managing vendor relationships and large-scale initiatives
