Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Lead large, cross‑functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring adherence to approved scope, schedule, and budget.
- Create, maintain, and update detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and tracking artifacts.
- Deliver results that align with defined business outcomes, strategic objectives, and enterprise priorities.
- Facilitate Steering Committees and stakeholder status meetings, providing clear, concise, and actionable updates.
- Partner closely with Executive Sponsors and key stakeholders to support timely, informed decision‑making.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and cross‑initiative dependencies; develop and execute mitigation strategies.
- Escalate risks and decisions appropriately, ensuring transparency and governance discipline.
- Coordinate between business teams, IT, vendors, and third‑party partners, ensuring alignment across work streams and dependencies.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Junior Project Managers and Project Coordinators.
- Support consistent application of PMO standards, tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance within the PMO.
- 7–10+ years of experience managing complex, cross‑functional projects, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience leading initiatives with senior executive and Steering Committee engagement.
- Strong background in project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proven ability to manage vendors and third‑party partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex information into executive‑level insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Highly organized and delivery‑focused, with strong attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.
- Collaborative, confident, and accountable.
Salary range: $69,500 – $119,500. Exact salary depends on experience, skills, education, and budget and may vary by geographic location.
