In this Senior Technical Support Consultant role, you will engage with customers to solve technical challenges and foster smooth transitions to enhanced cartographic processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a technical authority for cartographic software
• Resolve intricate customer issues swiftly and effectively
• Deliver customized training to users at various proficiency levels
• Support the evolution to S‑100 and S‑101 workflows
• Work with teams to refine documentation and support processes
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience
• Deep knowledge of hydrographic workflows and IHO standards
• Experience with geospatial databases and cloud technologies
• Leadership experience in mentoring technical teams
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills
