IT Specialist I-IV (Service Now Developer)
One (1) Regular position
Head Office, New Brunswick, Canada

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coding, testing and debugging of applications and automations
- Design and analysis of new and existing applications and automations
- Utilizing application life cycle methodologies following standards and best practices
- Configuring and customizing Service Now applications, integrations, and plugins/spokes
- Prepare technical documentation, including test results, and technical manuals
- Review and identify new platform features that can be enabled for the business
- Share system administration responsibility with other team members
The ideal candidate will have one of the following:
- Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent with concentration in software development
- Service Now certification combined with relevant experience
Combined with:
- Proficiency in computer programming and scripting
- Good analytical skills (problem solving)
- Understanding of relational databases
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Ability to communicate effectively
Experience or knowledge of the following would be considered assets:
- Service Now certification (Application Developer, System Administrator or Architect)
- Service Now Workflow Studio, App Engine Studio.
- Scripting (JavaScript)
- SOAP/REST API development
- Other low-code/no-code platforms
- ITIL Foundation certification
