Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst

Job Overview

Project Manager reporting to the Director of Health Analytics in Fredericton, NB. This hybrid role (3 days in office per week) requires strong Agile project delivery experience, stakeholder management, and the ability to guide projects from initiation through completion while ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.

• Work with stakeholders to understand desired project outcomes and build and manage the product backlog
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, managing project schedules, risks, mitigation, and timelines
• Lead Agile projects throughout full project life cycles, advising clients and stakeholders on outcomes and delivery strategies
• Lead data and analytics delivery teams and serve as liaison between product ownership, development teams, implementation teams, and other stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of architecture, integration, analytics, and reporting solutions to support business objectives
• Prepare project management deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates
• Lead cross‑functional technical and business teams and support communication with Regional Health Authority staff, technical analysts, business analysts, program leads, and executives

• 10 years of IM/IT experience
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• 2 years of experience in full lifecycle delivery
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing Agile projects throughout full project life cycles
• Experience working with product ownership, development, and implementation teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work closely with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business users
• Familiarity with architecture, data, and analytics packages, integration, and reporting solutions

• Experience working with IT system development and support
• Experience creating project management deliverables, schedules, and cost estimates
• Experience leading cross‑functional business and technical teams
• Experience working within the Canadian public sector
• Knowledge of IT system concepts and their impact on business processes
• Experience applying data and analytics principles, methodologies, tools, and architectures
• Strong Microsoft Office experience across multiple applications

• Associate’s Degree

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• PMP, CAPM, PMI‑ACP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification
• Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or other industry‑recognized accreditation
