Position: Business Analyst 2 - SNB Student Financials

In this hybrid position, you will work on projects supporting the modernization of critical public-facing applications. The role requires deep analytical expertise and hands-on involvement in Agile practices. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to optimize service delivery and improve system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops

• Conduct current and future state analysis

• Support UAT planning and execution

• Maintain requirements traceability and report project status
Requirements:

• University Degree or diploma in relevant fields

• At least 5 years in IM/IT roles

• 3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise projects
