In this role, you will gather and document business requirements, ensuring they meet both client needs and operational standards. You will facilitate communication between IT and business units while supporting testing phases to validate functionality. With a focus on mentoring junior analysts, you'll also promote best practices within the team to ensure continuous improvement in delivering technology solutions.

Requirements:
