Job Summary

Lead, Digital Marketing – Lead digital marketing initiatives within the Digital Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Digital Marketing. The role focuses on strategic development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives.

• Receive and review digital marketing requests, validating scope, objectives, and business requirements with stakeholders including legal and compliance departments and external vendors.
• Support email, social media, and webinar campaign planning, development, and execution, reviewing content against brand guidelines, industry best practices, and evolving A/B testing insights.
• Regularly monitor website content for accuracy, facilitate update requests ensuring content and resources are up‑to‑date, comply with industry regulations, and are SEO‑optimized.
• Support intranet development, facilitate content updates, and drive user experience.
• Collaborate with various business units to support all digital marketing requirements, owning and managing committed deliverables through workflow platforms.
• Identify and develop opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experiences across all digital channels, personalizing journeys and leveraging data‑driven insights to achieve targeted goals.
• Establish relationships with sales, compliance, and other key internal and external stakeholders.

• 4+ years of full‑time marketing experience (agency or client side) with a strong focus on integrated campaigns across email, web, social media, and webinars.
• Proven experience leading and managing digital marketing initiatives from intake through execution, including scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Working knowledge of SEO best practices, including content strategy and performance measurement to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, legal, compliance, and external vendors.
• Experience with in regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare is an asset.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, CMS tools, email marketing systems, and workflow/project management tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

This role follows an in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.

Salary range: $55,000 to $95,000 annually, dependent on experience, skills, education, and budget. Eligible for a bonus program.
