Enhance your career with Insight Global as a Bilingual Service Desk Support professional. Provide crucial IT support to users and retail locations in both French and English during digital transformation.
The role seeks two qualified candidates to ensure efficient support for IT incidents and service requests across corporate environments and approximately 70 retail locations in New Brunswick. You'll leverage your skills in cloud technologies, desktop support, and mobile device management to improve user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support via phone, email, and desk side assistance
• Manage and document multiple concurrent IT incidents
• Develop and classify support documentation and articles
• Escalate unresolved incidents to internal and external teams
• Administer account management for user onboarding/off-boarding
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365
• Experience in mobile device management, particularly Apple iOS
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual fluency in French and English
