Your role includes advising on best practices, providing training, and implementing advanced S-100 and S-101 features for enhanced geospatial workflows. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in developing customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on optimal usage of CARIS software
• Address and resolve high-impact technical issues
• Lead training initiatives for customer teams
• Support transitions to modern geospatial workflows
• Work with teams to incorporate client feedback
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in cartographic production
• Familiarity with IHO standards and ENC procedures
• Proficient in Python for automation
