Join Bulletproof as a Technical Support Analyst for a flexible 3-month assignment, operating from 1PM-9PM AST. Deliver exceptional technical support and service in a global environment.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting with the capacity to meet deadlines. You will provide first-line technical support, responding to customer inquiries via calls and emails. This role requires maintaining Microsoft environments and efficient ticket management using service desk software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls for technical support
• Respond to emails regarding technical issues
• Provide first-line technical/customer support promptly
• Maintain enterprise Microsoft environments
• Create and manage tickets using service desk software
Requirements:
• 2-5 years in a similar technical role
• College diploma in information technology or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
