Elevate your career as a Technical Analyst at Bulletproof with a 3-month temporary role. Work from 1PM-9PM AST managing technical support calls and emails effectively.
This position involves providing timely first line technical/customer support and maintaining Microsoft environments.
Your role is critical in delivering prompt assistance for LAN, Desktop, and server devices. Strong communication and a customer service orientation will ensure success in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer support calls for technical assistance
• Address incoming emails regarding technical issues
• Provide professional first line customer service
• Support LAN, Desktop, and server technical issues
• Utilize service desk software to create and manage tickets
Requirements:
• 2-5 years’ experience in technical support
• College diploma in information technology or relevant certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities
