CI Financial End User Services Engineer

In this role, you will lead the delivery of CI Financial’s End-User Technologies, managing critical Microsoft 365 platforms and identity solutions.

Your role encompasses administering services, supporting project initiatives, and improving collaboration technologies, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. Drive innovation while providing expert support across various systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 environment including Teams and One Drive

• Implement and support MFA and SSO solutions

• Enhance Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV collaboration setups

• Participate in change management and incident response

• Utilize Power Shell scripting for automation opportunities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in Microsoft 365 management

• Proficiency in identity management and security configurations

• Experience with enterprise IT projects

• IT-related post-secondary education or equivalent

• Preferred Microsoft 365 certifications
