We are seeking a skilled technical expert to enhance our infrastructure services. You will play a vital role in managing SVS and hypervisor environments, guiding automation efforts, and driving operational excellence. The position requires extensive understanding of Windows and Unix environments to deliver exceptional client support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support large Hypervisor environments: troubleshooting and proactive management

• Manage virtualization environments and backup/storage solutions

• Implement operating system changes and security patches

• Assist in new deployments of RHEL and Windows servers

• Produce and revise system documentation in accordance with ITIL

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with SVS systems in production

• Solid knowledge of Windows, RHEL, and Active Directory

• Proficient in automation tools like Ansible and GIT

• Experience in scripting with Power Shell, Python, or Perl

• Understanding of backup and DRP technologies
