Business Analyst with Focus on Solutions

Mariner is hiring a Business Analyst in Saint John, New Brunswick, to focus on business solutions and process optimization. This full-time position requires onsite collaboration to meet client needs effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating stakeholder communication. Your expertise in business analysis will help improve existing systems and processes, driving successful technology implementations and enhancements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define configuration specifications and business requirements

• Document process maps for current and future states

• Develop Business Requirements Documents detailing functional needs

• Collaborate on testing strategies and execution

• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to identify improvement areas

Requirements:

• Education in business or computer science-related field

• 5+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis

• Willingness to obtain CBAP certification

• Proven experience in process design and analysis

• Exceptional communication skills in a consulting context
