Luminultra UX​/UI Designer Needed

Join Luminultra as a UX/UI Designer, responsible for enhancing Relay's user experience. Create impactful digital solutions through collaboration and innovative design practices.

In this role, based in Fredericton or available remotely, you will lead the design efforts for our customer-facing software platform. Your focus will be on creating intuitive and efficient workflows while supporting the development of design standards. By working closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams, you will drive enhancements that resonate with users and align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the user experience for Relay’s digital platform

• Collaborate with Product Management and Software teams

• Create scalable UX writing and design standards

• Lead customer onboarding and enhance product usability

• Maintain user documentation and technical accuracy

Requirements:

• 4+ years in UX/UI or related design fields

• Expertise in user-centered design principles

• Experience designing for complex digital products

• Strong skills in usability testing and user feedback

• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML and CSS
