Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain CMDB records of COTS software in Service Now
• Monitors COTS software deployments for compliance
• Conduct audits and respond to license review inquiries
• Analyze software usage data for budgeting forecasts
• Document policies aligned with SAM best practices
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in a SAM operational role
• Expertise in commercial licensing models
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune and Service Now
• ITIL qualifications preferred
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders
