Senior Ethical Hacker

Position: Senior Ethical Hacker at Stantec
Elevate cybersecurity excellence with Stantec as a Senior Ethical Hacker. You'll engage in real-world attack simulations to fortify web applications and cloud services against vulnerabilities.

In this senior level role, you'll contribute to security assessments targeting cloud systems and web applications. By employing the Mitre Attack Framework, your mission will be to identify and mitigate security weaknesses proactively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while communicating findings and recommended remediation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security assessments on web applications and cloud services

• Collaborate with security and engineering teams for project goals

• Create reports detailing vulnerability findings and remediation steps

• Validate and exploit security weaknesses in cloud environments

• Present technical findings to stakeholders and C-Suite executives

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years in cybersecurity, with Red Team experience preferred

• Proficient in manual web/cloud penetration testing

• Experience in scripting languages:
Python, PHP, Golang

• Familiarity with cloud services: AWS, Azure, GCP

• Comfortably navigate Windows and Linux command lines
