Our team is seeking a Project Coordinator / Scheduler to support a multi-year digital health transformation modernizing and consolidating clinical systems into a standardized provincial Clinical Information Solution (CIS). In this pivotal governance and operational role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring integrated project schedules using dynamic forecast scheduling methodology.

- Coordinate project meetings, clinical advisory working groups, and steering committees; prepare detailed agendas, distribute briefing packages, record formal minutes, and track assigned action items to closure.
- Maintain standardized decision, action, dependency, and risk (RAID) logs and deliverable trackers across all clinical and technical streams using Jira and centralized repositories.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc schedule forecasts, variance analyses, milestone status reports, and resource constraint summaries for project leads and executive sponsors.
- Mentor program personnel in standardized scheduling practices, Jira workflows, and project coordination tools to support long-term operational sustainability

- Recent years of experience supporting project schedule management using dynamic forecast scheduling methodology and general project coordination within a CIS, EHR, or clinical digital health initiative.
- Multi-Workstream Coordination: recent experience coordinating multiple stakeholder groups, concurrent clinical/IT workstreams, and governance committees for complex health systems.

- Bilingualism:
Demonstrated fluency in both French and English (written and verbal), with the ability to lead engagement, communication, and governance documentation.
