This role focuses on identifying client insurance needs and navigating the complete sales cycle, ensuring effective integration of insurance strategies into financial planning. You will maintain existing client relationships and actively pursue new opportunities based on identified planning gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions to assess client insurance and planning requirements

• Develop customized insurance strategies for individual clients

• Manage the full spectrum of insurance sales efficiently

• Collaborate closely with advisors to optimize client outcomes

• Maintain thorough documentation of sales and client progress

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in life insurance sales experience

• Strong understanding of business and wealth insurance solutions

• Required active licensing in Ontario; multiple provinces preferred

• Proven expertise in conducting comprehensive insurance discussions

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
