Position: Skilled Parts Advisor for Efficient Operations
Act as a Parts Advisor to enhance customer experience and service excellence through efficient parts sourcing and supply. Be integral in managing inventory and maintaining departmental operations.

This essential role requires engagement with customers via phone, email, and in-person inquiries about parts and pricing. You'll also support service technicians with necessary parts in a timely manner while ensuring accurate inventory management. Contributing to a clean and organized work environment while promoting safety is vital in this fast-paced position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and pricing

• Source and identify parts using digital tools

• Process transactions and keep accurate records

• Manage receiving, stocking, and inventory levels

• Liaise with vendors regarding orders and issues

Requirements:

• Previous Parts or Customer Service experience essential

• Knowledge of equipment parts is a strong asset

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license; forklift certification is beneficial

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
