As an Associate Procurement Specialist, Contracts, you will support Irving Oil’s Products and Terminals category. You will develop category strategies, manage suppliers, and improve procurement processes. The work connects stakeholder needs with measurable savings, compliance, and stronger business value.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with category and sourcing strategy development
- Execute competitive procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives
- Manage contracts, supplier relationships, performance, and compliance
- Identify cost savings, efficiency, and value creation opportunities
- Track procurement KPIs and support process improvements
- Business education or equivalent education and experience
- Two to five years in Contracts and Procurement roles
- Knowledge of strategic sourcing and contract administration
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Microsoft Office Suite and procurement systems proficiency
