Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage the overall operations of multiple accounts during overnight shifts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on cleaning experience.

Main Duties

  • Manage and oversee operations across multiple client accounts

  • Coordinate complex scheduling based on scope of work and client requirements

  • Participate in hiring and training of new staff

  • Ensure all Health & Safety standards are maintained

  • Complete and submit required administrative paperwork promptly

  • Prepare work schedules and supervise specialized cleaners

  • Manage staff schedules and timesheets using time management systems, aligned with provided budgets

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met

  • Perform cleaning duties as required

  • Requirements
    • Must have a class-5 Driver's License

    • Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in cleaning

    • Experience operating and troubleshooting equipment such as:

      • Auto-scrubbers

      • Carpet steamers

      • Floor polishing machines

    • Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully

    • Strong customer service and communication skills

    • Excellent attention to detail

    • Good understanding of written and spoken English

    • Ability to work 35–40 hours per week with flexibility

    • Willingness to travel to surrounding areas as needed

    • Honest, reliable, and dependable

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Legally able to obtain employment in Canada. Detail oriented. Friendly and Professional. Able to work in a team-oriented environment. Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities. Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems. Identify potential safety or maintenance issues. Communicate them to your supervisor. Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks Use of products or supplies and incident reporting.

    Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Understand and follow directions in English.
