Position: CRD Building Maintenance Attendant Role
Join the Capital Region District as a Building Maintenance Attendant, overseeing essential building maintenance and tenant services. This position allows you to engage in various aspects of facility upkeep while ensuring resident satisfaction.

You will be responsible for conducting inspections, managing minor repairs, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises as part of the Housing Planning division.

Your role is critical in responding to tenant concerns, coordinating service requests, and maintaining safety protocols across housing facilities. This position demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while effectively managing your workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document all maintenance activities in logs

• Conduct safety inspections of premises

• Support tenants during move-ins and move-outs

• Address and resolve tenant issues promptly

• Supervise contractors and ensure quality inspections

Requirements:

• High School Graduation or equivalent education

• Minimum of 1 year in a relevant maintenance job

• Clean criminal record check required

• Valid BC Driver's License essential

• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
