Overview

If you live in the Fredericton/Miramichi area and love the outdoors and a job that changes from one day to the next, we’re hiring window cleaners for the summer of 2025 in Canada. This is a growing company based in Fredericton that is looking for window cleaners to help complete projects.

• Full-time hours
• Bonus incentives
• Autonomous work culture, with the ability for more responsibility/pay
• Training and development provided; ability to learn the ins and outs of the business from a management level directly from the business owner throughout the year

• Valid driver’s license
• Access to a vehicle
• High school diploma
• Preferably some experience with hands-on work (No professional experience necessary); you will be trained on how to do cleaning projects and will be a pro by the time summer ends
• Full-time commitment (40-50 hours weekly)
• Strong communication skills
• Coachable
• Commitment to work from June - August

• Base rate ranging from $18-21/hour
• High-performance bonuses available

• Responsible for the overall completion of projects, start to finish, at a high standard of quality
• Maintain daily cleanliness of the site and project
• Deliver quality and satisfaction through constant communication with homeowners and the business owner
• Manage day-to-day project tasks to provide services to clients
