This role encompasses cleaning hard floor surfaces, carpets, restrooms, and common areas while ensuring cleanliness and safety by monitoring and reporting any defects. Candidates will handle equipment and supplies to maintain an inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and wash building floors and surfaces

• Strip, wax, and steam clean carpets when required

• Wash windowsills, doors, and partitions daily

• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and replenish supplies

• Collect and manage building trash efficiently

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision

• Familiarity with cleaning tools and equipment

• Ownership of transportation is mandatory

• Attention to detail and high energy levels

• Must pass a Federal Background Check
