Cleaner Position

Position: Cleaner Position at RPC
Take on the Cleaner role at the Research and Productivity Council in Fredericton, where your cleaning skills will ensure facility excellence. This position involves various cleaning and maintenance duties crucial for the organization.

RPC requires two Facility Cleaners to maintain its Fredericton location. Your daily tasks will include sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash containers. Additionally, you will ensure operational safety by performing inspections and managing minor repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures daily

• Vacuum draperies and upholstered surfaces efficiently

• Sweep, mop, and manage all cleaning tasks

• Check doors and report possible hazards

• Shovel snow and maintain walkways during winter

Requirements:

• High school diploma needed

• 1 to 2 years of relevant cleaning experience

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented mindset

• Proficient with various cleaning equipment

• Experience in floor stripping and waxing is a plus
