Position: Maintenance Person at Apple Self Storage
Apple Self Storage is seeking a Maintenance Person for two sites. Ensure our facilities remain clean and fully functional by performing upkeep and repairs as needed.

In this role, you’ll need 1–2 years of maintenance experience. Tasks include cleaning, performing small repairs, and reporting any safety issues to the Site Manager. You'll work closely with site teams to handle both urgent and planned maintenance assignments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep offices, washrooms, and hallways pristine

• Execute minor repairs, such as light replacements

• Identify and communicate potential safety hazards

• Partner with site staff for maintenance priorities

• Maintain external property appearance and accessibility

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in maintenance or janitorial work

• Ability to perform manual physical tasks

• Availability for weekday shifts and occasional weekends

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license may be necessary

• Strong communication and organizational skills
