Ensure superior customer service for all equipment by running an efficient operation of mechanical services to our equipment in accordance with company quality standards, programs and procedures.
Job Summary:
Field service technician to carry out all floor cleaning equipment repairs and maintain an efficient preventative maintenance program required by the Corporation to ensure excellent quality and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Onsite repairs of floor cleaning equipment.
- Maintain a preventive maintenance program.
- Manage inventory of parts in the vehicle.
- Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity.
- Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are observed at all times.
Skills:
- Excellent technical skills/mechanically inclined.
- Small engine repair an asset.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry an asset.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to solve problems and work with others.
- Effective planning and organizing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
