Supervise maintenance activities at J.D. Irving, Limited as a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring safe and reliable mill operations. This dynamic role requires technical knowledge and leadership skills to optimize efficiency and safety.

In this position, you will manage a team responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining mill equipment critical for operational success. You'll work closely with operations management and prioritize initiatives that further enhance maintenance practices and team performance. Continuous Improvement and safety are at the forefront of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Industrial Mechanics in maintenance and repairs

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies

• Promote Maintenance Best Practices and safety culture

• Provide training and development to maintenance staff

• Analyze project effectiveness through data collection

Requirements:

• Trade Certification or relevant Associate's Degree

• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role

• Extensive mechanical industry background and knowledge

• Hands-on experience with maintenance management systems

• Strong skills in project management and coaching
