Position: Engage as a 4th Class Engineer
Become part of the Harbour Development team as a 4th Class Engineer in Saint John, NB, focusing on maintaining safe and efficient operations in the engine room. Your technical skills will be crucial in monitoring machinery and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will play an essential role in performing planned maintenance, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to the company’s safety culture. Work closely with the Chief Engineer to manage safety procedures and maintain necessary logs. Every detail counts in our marine operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engine room watches and monitor machinery

• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks diligently

• Ensure cleanliness and operational integrity of equipment

• Execute safety protocols assigned by the superintendent

• Report spare parts usage as needed

Requirements:

• Must possess 4th Class Motor Certification

• Marine Emergency Duties certification required

• Transport Canada Marine Medical certification necessary

• H2S Alive certificate required

• Marine First Aid and CPR certification required
