Thales seeks a Reliability Specialist at its Mill Bay - Squl’ew' location. The ideal candidate will engage deeply with AJISS systems and xFRACAS software, ensuring high reliability and availability through meticulous analysis and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide in-service support for AJISS systems

• Optimize xFRACAS software for failure reporting

• Analyze reliability data to identify trends

• Develop and maintain reliability documentation

• Train users on xFRACAS best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering or relevant diploma

• 5 years’ experience in a marine environment

• Experience with FRACAS programs

• Technical background in reliability maintenance

• Bilingual communication abilities in French preferred
