Ellis Don is recruiting for a large-scale, on-site project at Brighton Mountain Windfarm, a high-impact renewable energy development located near Juniper, NB. The project is anticipated to be completed December 2027. We are seeking skilled professionals for critical roles to join the project team on this exciting renewable energy project.
Employees working on the Brighton Mountain Project will be eligible for a generous total compensation package in recognition remote location, required flexible work hours based on project phase, and travel requirements.

You as a Superintendent will:
Provide overall construction management, including design, budget and schedule, in conjunction with the Project Manager, Owners, Engineers and Architects to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget on large complex projects.Lead project meetings with internal and external parties to monitor and support the team’s ongoing progression.Mentor project team members to ensure career growth and development.Plan and implement schedules, determine manpower levels and material quantities, ensure proper equipment and trades are available as required.Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences and schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving conflicts.Be jointly responsible to monitor, interpret and forecast a project’s cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flowIs this the right role for you?
You have a construction related degree/diploma and 10-15+ years of construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.You have 5-7+ years experience as a Superintendent or Site Lead.Experience managing large scale civil projects. Hands on knowledge with civil work (grading, utilities, site prep) as well as large concrete foundations.You have a working knowledge of scheduling, project management and contract software, specifically Primavera P6.Knowledge of OSHA standards.You have an advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, quality control and engineering drawings.You have the ability to quickly identify problem situations, evaluate alternative causes, produce workable solutions and lead a large team to successful completion.You have the ability to manage trade relationships and ensure schedule is on track for project success.Ellis Don is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.
