Coating Laborer

DCL International Inc. is a well-established and fast-growing business, and we are looking for a Coating Labourer

DCL designs manufactures and sells advanced engineering technologies worldwide to reduce emissions and to produce clean energy. We supplies to world-leading engine manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and aftermarket retrofit.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply chemical coatings to parts. Coating steel substrate parts with liquid alumina and blow off excess alumina on parts.
• Material handling, machine operation, measuring weights with precise scales and data entry.
• Load and unload parts from racks, skids, ovens, etc.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional manner. Remove excess scrap.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• High School Diploma
• 2-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must have experience with coating; chemical coatings to parts, steel parts, metal parts
• Good computer skills and familiarity with excel spreadsheets. Must have good numerical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, complete repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, organize deadlines and priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Strong team player
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Forklift license an asset.
• Perform other duties as required.
