PURPLEFARM, located in Johnstown, Ontario, is seeking a motivated individual to join their dynamic cultivation team. Reporting to the Master Grower, you will be involved in essential cultivation tasks that uphold the integrity of the facility and production process. You’ll receive guidance from the Senior Cultivation Technician, ensuring your growth and success in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily tasks such as cloning, irrigation, and packaging

• Maintain and operate irrigation and HVAC systems properly

• Ensure adherence to GPP and safety compliance

• Support the maintenance of clean and organized facilities

• Document inspections and assist with audits

Requirements:

• High school diploma; horticulture education is a plus

• Previous experience in cultivation or greenhouse work

• Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

• Attention to detail with task execution

• Capability to handle physical labor as needed
