Marwood Ltd. is hiring a Process Improvements Expert to optimize operations at our Tracyville location. Share your expertise in enhancing efficiency and reducing waste in manufacturing.
As a valued member of our Operations Team, you will refine manufacturing processes while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Engineering or Forestry and has a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify inefficiencies in current manufacturing workflows
• Collaborate with engineering and production for enhancements
• Utilize data analysis to monitor production efficiency
• Implement corrective actions through root cause analysis
• Analyze project costs and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Forestry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with CAD software and ArcGIS is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
