Echelon Wellness is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Fredericton. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assessments, screening, and therapeutic care utilizing low‑intensity shockwave therapy to treat patients with various medical conditions. Training on equipment usage will be provided.

• Develop personalized, evidence‑based, treatment plans
• Conduct structured clinical assessments, including evaluating Functional Capacity Evaluations, and prepare supporting documentation
• Utilize shockwave therapy in the management of chronic pain and erectile dysfunction
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in accordance with professional standards and privacy legislation
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Stay current with best practices, regulations, and ethical standards in nurse practitioner practice

• Current certificate of registration with your provincial college as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing
• Master of Science in Nursing (or a related graduate degree, preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear and accurate clinical documentation
• Proficient in electronic medical records and digital health documentation tools
• Additional liability coverage required
