A. Focus on delivering high-quality assessments and care for post-operative patients in this specialized setting.
As a Registered Nurse in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, you will play a vital role in patient recovery post-surgery. This position requires at least two years of recent experience in PACU or Adult Critical Care, along with certifications in essential nursing competencies. Your initiative and judgment will be crucial for managing patient needs effectively and maintaining high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive post-operative patient assessments

• Respond to urgent care situations with agility

• Showcase strong communication and collaboration skills

• Exercise critical thinking in the nursing process

• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
Requirements:

• Registration with NANB or eligibility

• Minimum two years of PACU or Adult Critical Care experience

• Certifications in BCMI, CVAD, and Electrical Therapy Modules

• Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends

• Available for on-call within thirty minutes
