Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough health assessments using multiple data sources

• Communicate diagnoses and patient needs effectively

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed

• Monitor chronic illnesses and patient therapies

• Document all clinical data accurately and promptly

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and NP program in Primary Health Care

• Registered with Nurses Association of New Brunswick

• Two years' experience in primary health care setting

• Bilingual in English and French

• Strong communication and leadership skills
