Position: Resource Nurse for New Brunswick EMP
Support healthcare at home as a Resource Nurse with the New Brunswick Extra-Mural Program in Fredericton. This full-time role focuses on clinical guidance and staff development.

As a Resource Nurse, you will provide essential clinical support to EMP staff, promoting interdisciplinary patient-centered care. Your experience will guide clinical training, policy development, and effective communication within the integrated health team. This position is pivotal in enhancing patient satisfaction and reducing hospital admissions while delivering quality home care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical training and orientation for EMP staff

• Collaborate on policies and best practices for home care

• Communicate with clinical managers and staff effectively

• Provide direct patient care as needed

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing

• Five years of experience with EMP in last eight years

• Active registration with Nurses Association of New Brunswick

• Strong leadership, teaching, and interpersonal skills

• Valid New Brunswick Class 5 Driver's License
