Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor effective service plans for clients

• Conduct assessments to identify community health needs

• Keep accurate documentation per established protocols

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with current NANB registration

• At least 1 year of recent Public Health experience

• Proficient in population health promotion strategies

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid BCLS Certification
