Position: Fredericton Emergency Nurse Class B Role
Be a key player in emergency services as a part-time Registered Nurse Class B with Horizon in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ensure exceptional patient care while supporting and developing nursing staff.

In the Emergency Department, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality nursing care. Your leadership will guide staff while managing complex cases and responding swiftly to emergencies. You will contribute to the training and development of new nurses, reinforcing nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orient and support new staff members

• Assess and address learning gaps in personnel

• Manage emergency response rapidly

• Deliver and prioritize comprehensive patient care

• Safeguard patient information consistently

Requirements:

• Current registration with the CNNB

• Up-to-date BCLS certification

• 5 years of relevant nursing experience

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities

• Experience in a team environment beneficial
