Position: Health and Safety Representative AECOM
Join AECOM as a Health and Safety Site Representative for a hydroelectric project in Fredericton. Ensure compliance and promote safety culture while supporting project execution.

In this role, your mission is to cultivate a strong health and safety environment on a major infrastructure project. You will engage with various teams and stakeholders to uphold safety standards while conducting audits, inspections, and trainings. Over your career, you will leverage your experience to elevate safety performance and mitigate risks throughout the project's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits for compliance

• Promote proactive health and safety culture among team

• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions

• Monitor adherence to safety equipment and procedures

• Facilitate safety meetings and toolbox talks

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field

• Minimum 4 years as a HSE representative

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

• Experience conducting safety inspections and audits

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
