Hybrid Qualitative Research Analyst at DataNB

DataNB seeks a Hybrid Qualitative Research Analyst to support impactful research in Fredericton. Contribute to qualitative methodologies, data collection, and project management for health and social policy.

This full-time, one-year term position plays a crucial role in assisting Principal Investigators. Candidates must excel in qualitative research, task supervision, and report writing. Your responsibilities will not only span qualitative methods but also mixed methods projects and quantitative evaluations, reinforcing your collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop task plans for research and evaluation projects

• Manage project timelines and deliverables effectively

• Contribute to new research initiatives and study protocols

• Supervise research assistants in task completion

• Communicate research results to stakeholders in verbal and written forms

Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related

• 3-5 years of qualitative research experience

• Bilingual in English and French

• Familiarity with NVivo or similar software

• Strong organizational and communication skills
