Hybrid Qualitative Research Analyst

Position: Hybrid Qualitative Research Analyst Role
Elevate qualitative research efforts in our Fredericton office as a Hybrid Qualitative Research Analyst. This full-time position is pivotal for driving innovative research methodologies.
As a one-year term analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Research Manager and Principal Investigators to coordinate and execute qualitative research projects. The role includes tasks related to data collection, analysis, and engaging with stakeholders while supporting quantitative evaluations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with research leads on tasks

• Support overall project management and timelines

• Develop study protocols and research documentation

• Supervise and guide research assistants and students

• Communicate results to diverse audiences
Requirements:

• Graduate degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years' experience in qualitative research

• Bilingual (English and French)

• Familiarity with NVivo or similar data analysis tools

• Strong writing and communication skills
